Our process starts by obtaining or creating a job specification detailing all job requirements and what the potential Employer is
offering.

We will immediately institute a file search and advertise the
position on the Client’s behalf.
Prospective candidates will be screened, interviewed and vetted prior to a shortlist of three to four of the best suited candidates.

If required by our Clients, we form part of the interview panel for
inclusivity & provide guidance where necessary.

Once a collective decision is made on the best suited candidate,
we assist with the on-boarding process as a value-add.
